Sorry if you have seen this on harmony of GG. Just thought people here might actually know how to do it.

I have a keyboard sustain pedal. See picture 1 and 2. (Sp 17 + 19) I dont know how it works but has one lead with plastic coating and a normal wired lead.

I would love to make it controlable by an effects pedal switch. See Picture 3. (SP 20) Left to right. Each one A then B then C.

How can i do this? Which do i solder to which to make this work. I am not even joking, i will love you forever if i manage this.

P.S sorry for the quality of the photos. Camera phones and all. I just needed some help quickish and i hoped some pedal geek would help me out.

P.P.S any questions glady answered :)

welcome to the board!

not 100% sure what your asking for

so you have a pedal like this then ?

and you just want to replace it with a stomp switch? if so just remove and resolder the two leads to the stomp switch, one on a center pin and one on an outside pin (both in the same row if there are more then one) and thats that. if i’m missing something let me know? also if your switch is a click on / click off and not a momentary then it will stay sustaining until you click it off again, but that might be what you want.
