Hi! I didn't try others resistors again because I noticed that when I reinstalled all the components in the box, the middle leg of the Rate pot was touching the trem pot! So I had no signal when playing bass with my band...
I just repared the problem but I still have the" similar bug but different". The tremolo pot turned all the way right, I've got a very nice trem effect. This trem pot turned all the way left, there is no sound! ...no matter the positions of the other pots...
Any idea? Thanks a lot!

The LED is probably not glowing.  Make sure your connection on the non-LFO side of the pot is OK.

I tried your depth mod on my ehx small clone with  A100K alpha pot and stock switch to select vibrato/chorus. I mean everithing go all right but imho there are too many hi freq. so the chorus mode it's too sharp. any solutions for me?
I'm looking for A10K pot so what d'ya think about?

Thanks a lot
Cheers!

You could try putting a capacitor connected to the input and output of the final op amp - I think in parallel with the 33k resistor R4 would work.  Try .01 uF first, then make it smaller for less dark and bigger for more dark.

When you put a cap in parallel, put a pot in series with it.  Don't remove R4.  On one side of R4, wire to the center lug of a pot.  Wire one of the side lugs to one leg of a cap.  Wire the other leg of the cap to the other side of R4.  50k and .01 uF might work well, try many values and choose what you like the most!

Hi Colin,

Saw your mods and very much interested on it especially the variable depth switch.

Just want to ask if you have a mod that would remove/eliminate the popping sound when engaging the pedal?  I notice this popping sound whenever I turn on/off the pedal. An audible popping sound from the amp speakers.

Thanks in advance!

Is this popping happening stock?  If so that's surprising, and I would think it was setup-dependent.  However, in general a good way to try to avoid this pop is by putting pulldown resistors on the input and output capacitors.  See here:
