CV on circut bendt things

i have been woundering for a while now, i have alot of fancy isntruments, alot of homebuild synts and other random crap,
but i have a hard time syncin them, i was woundering how i could cv them, or any other idea on how i could sync a couple of instruments to the same speed, and allso how i could controll the bends via cv ?

Probably the most straightforward way to do this would be to build something like the the bend matrix: http://www.4mspedals.com/bendmatrix.php where you basically have a bunch of points which you can selectively turn on/off in a sequence, and then use those points to turn bends on/off.  Wouldn't have to be that complex though.
