The user Lois just spams "Everything Else" with bullshit posts that make no sense?

I think the correct procedure is to click the "report to moderator" link on at least one of the articles.

I've had trouble deciding whether to delete posts/ban lois.  On the one hand, it seems he/she is only interested in posting links to their music, which is somewhat spammy.  On the other hand, they are not selling anything and the music is in Everything Else (the correct board for it) and is experimental in nature.  And, the posts are kind of weird/funny in their bizarre nature.  So I have not deleted them in the past.

I think you made the right decision. There is experimental stuff that many hate. These are people who reject the new!

In other words, Lois is not a bot (see response above), and posting of links to music is fine in "Everything Else", so it's OK with me.

Fair enough, I was under the impression it was a bot, as he/she posts a lot of stuff from different domains and stuff, with little description etc.
