Custom work needed

I want to get started with electronics, but I have no clue where to begin. I have lots of ideas for gear but I don't know how to take the first step. And frankly I'm pretty swamped with work and can't dedicate the time to it. Does anyone here do custom work? If so, please send me a message.

No custom work now - haven't been doing it for a while unfortunately.
