Ok, may sound dumb but looking for a switch which will connect 3 wires together at once (normally none of the 3 conected). Does such a switch exist?

Hmmm... I don't think such a thing exists in that form. I think you'd need a 3PDT or 3PST. Connect one wire to all three pulls. Connect the rest of the wires, one each, to a throw corresponding to each pull.
