Yeah, they suck, but the pots are cheap, as are some of their switches.  I can only hope that it gets here soon.

The switches suck... low quality, the lugs will melt off when soldering... stick with C&K or Mountain.

Note that the 9v should be connected to the top trace-pins 8, 4, etc.

Will do. Thanks Colin.

This is my first oscillator project. If this doesn't work out, I have a few other ideas - I bought a rainbow oscillator kit that I may be able to modify a bit, and I also have this circuit:

I don't know if I'm up to handling the schmitt trigger circuit, I might try the WSG when I actually have some skill.

I'll give it a shot - I already have the perforated circuit board - the jumper kit and breadboard are in the mail.

...who's your favorite company to order parts from?

By the way, I uploaded a drumulator schematic to the collection - hopefully it will be of some use.

Mouser is a good one-stop fast shipping decent price shop.

Smallbear is a good one-stop decent price, slow order, pedal building shop. (smallbearelec.com)

Futurlec is a bad selection, awesome prices, terrible shipping shop.

buying potentiometers from futurlec is a wonderful idea, they are very cheap and their build quality doesnt suffer.
just get alot at once, because as colin and spivkurl have pointed out, their shipping department is made purely of garbage.
