That's very strange then-all of the pieces work well seperately? Are you sure it's not a problem with the op amp wanting bipolar voltage.

Witch opamp ? As i said it works perfectly when my synth is alone on the same supply. When i wanna plug something else (even a poor fuzz) on the same supply my sound is very low. in this synth i've put together on the same point of supply the double tone generator, the parallel universe and the tone controll of the whacky

Wait-I think I misunderstood then. It works with the PU, the dual tone generator, and the filter, but not as soon as you plug anything else into it?

right ! that's it. When i plug something else it doesn't work but with a simple 555tone generator the two generators works but the sound of it is "bad" as i change the starve pot of the parallel universe. And the sound of the tone generator comes thru my synth !!!!! It's a ground problem ? In this recording my synth work normally then i switch on and off the 555 tone generator plugged on the same power supply http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZCOYDDL4

Maybe something is funky with the PU's starve pot. That pot directly limits the voltage that the PU is getting... if any of those lugs were touching ground or if you are taking the power from after the starve pot, that could be causing problems...

Shure there is nothing like that no lugs were touching ground the power is taken from the same place with a nine volt without starve except for the PU. Maybe that's because my ground is on 3 different board ? I've buit each of them separately. I remeber now somewhere womeone saying it was bad !!

Are all of the grounds connected in one way or another?

EAch one of my modules has his own grown. There is a wire coming from the PU to the dual tone generator and an other coming from the filter to the dual tone generator. The DTG collect all positive and negative. I did the same way for the positive. In fact there is 3 grounds but this is the same as if they were in separated boxes ? I really miss something

pin 14 to 9 volts pin 7 to ground
This is a top view of the ic
so point A is pin 4 and piont B is 8
Enjoy

My ground ,point is on the tone generator. Each modules reach the ground from there so... It would not change anything to add a new connection to ground on each modules...
I have only one supply point for those 3 modules witch (as i said sevral times) is on the generator... I think it's a PU starve pots witch put the mess...burwhy and how is it possible to stop it....
Thanx for y answer hace you try to put those stuff after the generator it's very nice :!!!
