Hello all, my name is Ed and I'm a bendaholic. Just got into building my own circuits as well, thanks to this site, and have recently completed an Atari Punk Console, Cacophonator and Blast Fed Disaster. Up next, Oddball Oscillator, more circuit bending.
I also run an internet label called Lucha Libre Recordings, which really needs an update.

Hello. I'm pretty new to bending, I got into it while trying to learn more about electronics. I'm also getting into analog-to-digital as part of my final project in Digital Design school.

Hi there,
After a few months of lurking and teaching myself electronics I thought I would get a bit more involved with the board!
Happy new year, look forward to chatting to everyone,
Mike.

Hey all, I'm Ed. I'm a long time guitarist that's getting more into electronics. I've been experimenting with making some pedals from kits, and I need a bit of help modding or repairing some pedals that have been sitting idle in my collection.

I've been a drummer for 8 years, which as far as actually "playing" instruments goes is really all I'm good at, but I have a few stringed things lying around that I've basically been using as a signal source. I'm sort of fed up with the world of commercially available effects, so now I'm leaning more towards building my own or bending the hell out of pre-existing ones until they make the sounds I want them to make. I've got enough know-how to take things apart, bend them, and put them back together, or wire something up if I've got directions, but I couldn't design anything more than a painfully simple circuit on my own.
This is the coolest place I've seen in a while.

Hey, I'm Jack... Love music, love instruments - acoustic and electric, and I'm now beginning to get quite interested in music technology and synths and the wonderful possibilities of circuit bending. I'm about to perform my first proper bend, on a voice changer toy (but have a few questions to ask - see topic =] ). I don't have much experience or knowledge of electronics, but am practical and a fast learner, and so appreciate any help you can offer! I look forward to joining the bending world and community! I'm starting to reinvent the sound of my band a bit, making it a bit edgier, and so i hope to incorporate my new creations into songs, and on stage! Thanks Jack
