that looks really good, like really good
I like that you were able to get the knobs all the way down to the panel surface, the empress trem has knobs like that, but they sort of float on the nut, and it looks bad to me.
beutiful grafics.

well they aren't all the way down, but really close. maybe half of the height of the nut off the top. i think the angle of the shot kind of hides that a little bit. why don't they make all knobs recess to cover them completely?
and thanks guys

That looks really awesome. I dig the case!
I looked at the circuit and I'm going to give a go at building one. It looked relitavelly easy (and requires two 9v batteries, hmm).

thanks for the addisional schematic!
looks like I need to learn how to read them better. I have no idea which pins or ICs those are, and what Vb stands for.

oh, well the starve is actually on the negative battery not the positive ( it didn't really do much there). and the "dialup" is just a feedback loop ( connecting the in and out with a pot between, many sizes worked but i wanted more control so i went small and used a 20k and added the switch otherwise half gain would already start feeding back. the high / low is a switch between two different cap values at ( c1 - i think? the 4n7 and a 100nf maybe?) the "dirty" is a set of clipping leds in my preamp and the pre amp is just a preamp i made based on one of anderton's micpre's, but simplified. added before the "in" of the reducer. i probably should have had the reducer section between the initial gain and the output buffer but i didn't like the sound of it. i might get made fun of for that, and it is a little bit noisy because of that, but so what. its called the downgrade, its not meant to be super clean.
does that help?
steven
