Hey Colin,
   What are the VCC and VCC/2 points referring to?  I assume I connect VCC with VCC and VCC/2 with VCC/2.  Im trying to build one of these on my breadboard with no luck so far.

I don't think there is a VCC or VCC/2 on my schem...



On my schem, you need to connect the op amp's V+ pin to 9V, and ground to ground.  That is not shown.  Check the datasheet of the op amps you are using.

Weird, I noticed there were 2 schematics when I searched for it.  There is one with color (the one you posted) and another that is grey.  I guess on this schematic, what does VB refer to? I assume they all connect together... Is that all that VB is for?

The black and white, handdrawn one is not mine-it's not the same design but the effect is the same.  Yes, Vb is just all connected together.  The junction of the 2 100k resistors to the left on the schem create a voltage source that is half of V+.  This is used to supply all of the Vb points throughout the schem.
