Max/MSP Patch: Major.msp
Major maps the eight columns of the ooscc to eight tone generators, whose frequencies correspond to the eight notes of a major scale (including an octave up). The key is user-selected. There are controls for the base octave, timbre of tone generators, modulation depth and speed, and echo depth, level, and rate. Each tone generator includes knobs to dial in octave up and down tones. The faders control the overall level of each tone generator. Rich chords can be created.
Max/MSP Patch: oms8.msp
oms8 maps the first 24 analog inputs as MIDI CC parameters, with inputs 25-32 acting as an 8-step midi note sequencer. oms8 can be MIDI-synced to another source. Analog inputs 1 can be switched to control the rate (either manual or clock divisor) or CC0. Input 2 can be mapped to the MIDI note duration, or as CC1.
Max/MSP Patch: omr.msp
omr maps all of the ooscc's analog inputs to MIDI control changes. It's a drag to sort of throw out some of the advantages of OSC, but this allows backwards compatibility with programs which have not implemented OSC support yet.
